This interview is with Donna Provoost from The Office of the Children's Commissioner, NZ.
Donna speaks about her first-hand experience using Text Ferret to analyse two 
open ended questions 
in the report titled...
"What makes a good life?"
This report was a Collaboration
between The Office of the Children’s Commissioner & Oranga Tamariki. It revealed children and young people’s views on wellbeing. 

Clip 3: Donna speaks about how she doesn't think they could have achieved these results by coding the data manually. The results they got from Text Ferret were unbiased and authentic.

Clip 2: Donna speaks about how much time was saved by using Text Ferret. Manual coding could take them weeks to complete but with Text Ferret's ability to provide a two day turn around it was amazing for them.

CLIP 1: Donna explains how Text Ferret did an analysis on a piece of work they had already analysed and coded manually. The confidence it gave her to see the correlation between the two pieces of work enabled her to move forward to do this much larger analysis.
